The fuse is under the back seat near the pump unit. 7.5amp I think. If you pull the 25amp fuse, you’ll need to reset the system!!! If the fuse does not do it, take a picture of the unit and mark and number all the lines going to the unit. Open the Unit and see if the motor is burnt. (won’t turn) Look into the back of the motor with a light.

Yeah, that looks like the Rear SAM. It even has the correct fuse slots and relays in use for the R171 SLK. Can't really make out the higher numbered fuses (#17-#20) but everything else is where it should be. The Front SAM is much larger with even more connections and a bazillion relays .
