I have had the same problem with the heater blower fan packing up on my Grand Picasso 2 litre auto. I took the fan assembly out. It is an easy job and the fan housing is just above the accelerator pedal. It is held in by 4 pk screws that need a 6mm socket. There is a bit of trim to be taken off but that is also easy.

It is not an easy job and that is why they are charging this amount as half the dash may have to come off to get to the unit. A DIY repair often involves cutting out parts of the plastic housing to get to the spindles and then gluing everything back

When seitching on front fogs via stalk the steering wheel light to say front fogs are on was lit but when I checked the lights themselves were not. Rear fogs work fine. I checked the bulbs snd are fine, tried lookingin in the manual for the front fog lamp fuse but its not mentioned. The car is a 59 plate c4 picasso 1.6 diesel with EGS.

I remembered the exact same issue when I got my new car. Rear vents were dependant on the external temperature.
My happiness was short lived. For a week or two, heater blower was working fine, but no more. One day it just failed to start. After some play with climate control buttons, it started to work, but last couple of days I can not get it to work at all. And temperature here is starting to climb - today 27C is expected, sunny with no clouds
Bought a new 3 button key for 2011 c4 from aliexpress and it doesn't work. It's been cut and synchronized to the BSI(car starts with it), but remote functions don't work. Battery is new.
