It is not the same blade. Bayek’s blade is under the wrist while Darius’s is over. I think the idea is that all hidden blades were based on Darius’s design, and whomever designed Bayek’s made that change. Edit: I’m a damn liar I agree because personally I think Bayek's hairstyle is really unappealing. Having the choice is really great. It’s something that you’ll get automatically, after a while of following the main story of the game. You’ll need to play the game up until Bayek goes to Alexandria, where you’ll be given Breastplates. Bracers. Stabiliser Gloves. Quivers. Tool Bags. Hidden blades. Fully Upgraded Bayek Glamour Shots (as requested by u/k0mbine and u/bull-et.). This is all revealed in the DLCs, Aya is a descendant of Kassandra/Alexios, depending which you played.
